Terms Of Service
I will draw:
NSFW, Furry, Couples, Gore and Horror, Humanoid, Android, YCH, OCs, Fantasy, Sci-fi, etc
I will NOT draw:
Buildings/Vehicles, Realism, Anything PoliticalThis will update as I become more experienced as an artist, but for now, this is what is listed
Payments will be made to me BEFORE I start the drawing process! This is non-negotiable. Any additional fees that may accrue during the process, for reasons listed below, will be charged to you as they occur, not after the piece is finishedPayment will be made through Venmo or Paypal exclusively. If you're paying through Paypal and using another currency, please be sure to set it to US $ before paying mePlease provide all reference pictures, a clear color palette, and a description of the character(s). The more detail you provide me, the better your artwork will turn outMy art style is not 100% consistent. It will change with each piece I create. Commissioning me means you accept thisI will involve you in EVERY part of the drawing process, however, once my initial linework is complete, and you still want changes, I retain the right to charge you additional feesYou will be sent a PNG file with my watermark through email or messaging platform of your choice, along with the color palette I use for your drawingYou will have FULL rights to the artwork I produce for PERSONAL USE only. You may use your art however you see fit, as long as credit comes back to me, Grim's Dark Arts. You are not allowed to remove my watermark for ANY reason. If you wish to use your piece for commercial reasons, I will subject you to additional fees. I MUST be made aware of this BEFORE I start the drawing process!! If you wish to have your art piece without my watermark, I will charge you for a commercial use fee**PLEASE NOTE: If you are a friend of mine, some of the above rules will not apply! I know you well enough :3
